Kind reminder- meeting at Aruna's place this Saturday. Please ring him re. your attendence for food preparation.
-Please bring money for the tickets you have sold and any remainig tickets or where abouts of the tickets. Those who are unable to attend please ring or email Gamunu-this is essential because we have arranged a radio program to thank people and disclose the amount of money collected and the approx. date of sending the socks to the army.
If any of you spent money or adanced money on buying or on essential services of the function, please let Gamunu know.We can settle the account.

The Hopper Night was very successfull, excellent job done by the Old Boys, THANKS every one. The crowd exceeded 300 but we managed to feed them.The Treasurer is going through the accounts and his letter is shown here.There will be a Com.Meeting at Aruna's place on Saturday the 13th at 6.30pm, all are welcome.

We had a very successful fund rasing event at Noble Park on 30th May 2009, in order to finalize the income /expenditure account I kindly request from members who sold tickets prior to the event please provide following details to me by phone ( 9700 3591) or by email ( gembha@optusnet.com.au) as early as possible.

No of tickets sold

If you had not settle the ticket money to me fully on last Saturday out standing money due from you .

Expenditure incurred by you for the event along with supporting invoices

Any donations received for the event .
